I am not a nerd, so dont say this after my thread i will be asking questions, and seeing if poeple get them right the questions are from my grade level if your not in my grade level, then too f***ing bad!!! Here are your first five questions
(1) Write 96/256 as a decimal
(2) find the average of 1/2, 3/4, and -7/8
(3) What part of an hour passes by 11:46pm and 12:10 in fraction form, and in simplest form
(4) How many sixteenths are in 87 1/2
(5)The heights of the five starters on Baywood High's Basketball team are 5' 10", 6', 6' 1", 6' 4", and 6' 7''

John, it is 1400, I just did it. Since one sixteenth is equivalent to .0625, so you would do 87.5 divided by .0625, and you would get 1400.

Or, you could do it the easy way. 16x87.5=1400. I've hecked with a calculator five times, I asked a bloody freakin' 9th grader! DON'T argue with the guy who's ACTUALLY smart enough to get into Honors Math. -coughcoughNOTJOHNNYcough-

Um... whatever that was just on a quiz i think i might have wrote it wrong apparently i messed up for some reason, you are suppoed to multiply 87.5 x 100 then your at .875, which equals 7/8 then its 7/8 x 16/1 then you get 14 that was the answer, i checked with my math teacher that was the right answer i copied that problem EXACTLY from the quiz
sorry for any problems
later i will reply to this thread with different ones, and i will make sure that everything will be correct
as a final note sorry about any confusion

I just screwed up volume with surface area. So go away *poof* Luckily my teacher drop are lowest quiz grade.
