This is where you can post stories on your successful or failed attempts on buying the Wii or PS3 system. Many of you may have observed the continue growing of shortages on Wii systems. But The PS3 continues not to sell many systems! Is it prices, or something else? Discuss it here. THIS IS MY STORY (well actually my parents): I found this out after Christmas.- My mom and little sister had gone out to a target in the middle of the night to get me a Wii for Christmas. They stood outside for 2 hours in 37 degrees Fahrenheit. It was told that target was getting in 80 Wii systems, and my mom was number 70 in line. Well target only got 12 in but didn't bother to tell the rest of the line except for the first 20 people. When ever anyone called the manager to ask if there were any tickets for the Wii left, someone would pick up for the manager and say, "sorry were to busy" and hang up. In the end all the Wiis were sold out in a matter of seconds, but there were plenty of PS3s left (about 30). The people selling the PS3s had to practically "beg" to get someone to buy it. Only one person did, only because he really wanted a game system.Thats my story, now tell us yours DO NOT QUOTE STORIES!!! And rember to stay on topic! Happy story telling.

I woke up at 7 AM, got dressed and went to Target, I stood outside in 50 degree(hey, that's cold for Florida) for almost an hour, I was number 54? Well anyway, Target opened and I was ready to race, but instead they organized us into lines. After annother hour, I came out successful with a Wii and Zelda, and am loving it.

My story is very short. I woke up three days before Christmas. I ate breakfast, blah blah blah. Then I went to Target and asked for a Wii. And what did the salesperson guy say? "Were sold out" I went to another Target. What did they say? "Were sold out" After going to a few more VG stores I went back to my house and sulked in my room and cut my wrist in misery. THE END.
(Nah, Im kdding, I didnt really cut my wrist)

I got me a story!
Yesterday, me and my dad woke up at 6:30, and went to Target. We got in line, expecting 40 Wiis. There were probably that many people in front of us, but it was clear to us that there were tons of groups. Then the team leader came out, told us there were 60 Wiis, and 55 people in line.
We cheered.
About 20 minutes later, with the time at about 7:15, he came back out, and gave us all our cards.
We were 28.
Man, Wii Sports is addicting.

This is my story.
A couple days before Christmas my family was looking for a Wii everywhere. We went to every fricken Target and Mall we could but there weren't any. There wasn't even fricken lines for them. The stores just plain didn't have them. So then I went home, sat in my bed for a while, thought about killing something, settled with cutting my wrist twice on one arm. Magnificently healing my self overnight without even trying, and gave up all hope of getting a Wii.
